The Megastore is fully operational and houses more than 20.000 m² retail space. You will find a wide
variety of Hardware products and Household goods. Anything you can imagine for your “home”, you
can find it in our store. Building Depot is the largest store in Curacao. We have the building materials to
construct a house; we have the appliances and the furniture to furnish it; and we have the products that
turn a house into a ‘home’. With over 140 loyal employees we will serve our clients in our Megastore &
Drive Thru, in our warehouses and also by transporting the product to our client. With the spirit and the

Warehouse Building Materials
In recent years, warehouse 2 has been expanded several times with covered storage areas. The entire
warehouse was renovated in 2017. The warehouse has a loading and unloading dock for 2 X 40ft
containers.

Outside storage
The outer storage area of warehouse 2 is a paved area of which 30% is covered. The outdoor storage area
has a loading and unloading dock for 2 X 40ft containers.

Warehouse Household Goods
Shed 5 is divided into two warehouses of approximately 2,000 m² each with a total of 4,000 m². The plot
is approximately 8000 m². For outside, 4,000 m² of space is available for storage, loading and unloading
docks and parking spaces.
The warehouses were built in 2013, but the construction of the outside infrastructure was not carried
out during the new construction. These renovations were completed in 2017. The warehouses are
equipped with racks and goods lifts. The outside area is paved and equipped with fencing. The
warehouse has two loading and unloading docks for two 40ft containers. The loading and unloading
dock on the street side is covered.
